| Last night I noticed that our cat was not using his front left leg - at all. Just hopping around using his right leg. He is an outdoor cat so there are various ways that he could have been injured. What is odd is that I took a look last night at the "injured" leg, but saw no evidence of any cut, bruise, anything. And our cat was fine with having me manipulate his leg quite a bit, did not seem at all uncomfortable. We may not be able to see the vet till Monday. Anyone have any idea what this could be? |
| Sprain? Strain? Dislocation? Or maybe it has nothing to do with the leg. Hurt paw? Bruising or injury between his paw pads? |

Thorn? A tiny one hard to see?
Did it lose a nail, maybe from clawing something and getting it stuck? |
| I am having this same issue with my dog right now. We went to the vet. They can't find anything. Gave us painkillers and said leashed walks only. Recheck on Thursday |
| My dog did that years ago. It was Lyme. |
was just going to say this. Definitely check for Lyme disease. |
| Outdoor cat....abscess until proven otherwise. See your vet! |
