How much to pay day workers for yard cleanup?

Hi,

I have a backyard that hasn't been cleanup in a few years: ivy (some poison), branches, leaves, you name it. I'm going to get a couple of day workers this weekend and I was just posting to seek advice regarding how much it makes sense to pay those folks. Located in Fairfax County.
