| I did a search and didn't see anyone talk about this. I am TTC and after my second D&C and read it can help tone the uterus as well as regulate cycles. Any experience with it? |
| I think that it has made a difference with cramps. They didn't totally go away. So nothing dramatic, but I like the taste and it's healthy so I figured why not stick with it. |
| Well I started drinking a cup a day since CD 1 and now I am spotting a day later than I normally do when AF ends. I hope it's not related! |

OP again I just wanted to update - my past two cycles were 32 days long with ovulation on CD 18 or 19.
I started drinking the tea on CD 1 and now temps and opks are confirming ovulation for CD 13 or 14! So it does do something! |

I'm an herbalist that specializes in helping women to conceive. I have used red raspberry leaf in the past, but I always use it as part of an herbal formula, not alone. That's not to say it can't be used alone. Everyone is different. And it certainly won't hurt.
I wish the OP well. |

I would recommend a concoction as PP mentions.
I used the following: Vitex Dong Quai (stopped the above 2 during my period) Red raspberry leaves GL! |
| I drank it because I like the taste. I wouldn't say it made any difference to my cycles. |
