Effective organic fungal leaf spot remedies?

| We just moved into a house and there's a lovely crabapple tree out back that has fungal leaf spot. Any effective non-chemical remedies out there? If so, when and how [often] do I treat? |

| You can spray whole milk at a 1 part milk with 4 parts water. |
