Has anyone had positive experiences with a shi tzu (or mix) breeder within 3-4 hrs from DC area? Been following rescues for about 6 months and we have a child under 8. I've inquired about a few, but have been denied due to age of child. Realizing this likely isn't going to happen. We also need to be particular with breeds based on allergies.
