I had great luck with these guys:
http://www.burkeslawnmower.com/ For our non-winterized mower that didn't start. They also sharpened the blades. I don't know if you could fix an electrical cord, you would have to ask them. They only operate out of a truck, coming to your house. They don't have a shop to drop off a mower at. |
