Is there any hope for the rest of the tree? Literally just one branch has leaves and a single bloom. It was an 8 ft tree when we planted it. The other branches look totally dead....  (

Sorry, OP. I would call the garden center you purchased it from to get their advice. It may even fall under their warranty.
Also, I commiserate. I purchased several azaleas and rhododendrons last fall. Many died. One has one single flowering branch and the rest of that plant is dead. |
