good warm neutral color for living room/dining room that would appeal to most buyers?

| We're planning to repaint our living room/dining room before putting our house on the market. What would be a good, warm neutral color? We would want a warm color to go with the tones in our wood floors and the rest of the house--most of the greys I've seen wouldn't work even though they're popular. Thanks! |
