Be careful out there, folks -- the clap is becoming untreatable

Thought about posting this PSA in sexually explicit forum, but worried it wouldn't get the eyeballs it deserves.

Read and weep (no pun intended): http://medicalxpress.com/news/2014-03-cdc-gonorrhea-verge-untreatable.html

If you're having casual sex or sex with multiple partners, all the more reason to be using condoms. Also, one more thing to mention during "the talk" with our children.

You should still post it in the explicit forum, the health forum and the older kids forum.

Same scary crap they have been peddling for years. Now that they have a vaccine for cervical cancer, they have to find something else to scare people out of having sex.

I thought the clap was slang for chlamydia, not gonorrhea.

To my knowledge, no cases of "black clap" have appeared in the US. Has that changed? Drug-resistant clap has been appearing off and on in Japan for a couple of years, but nothing here.

I wouldn't freak out about this. You can't catch something that isn't going around .

Ebola is scary, but it's more of a possibility than a reality in the US.

Op, you say folks WAY to much.
