Looking at Job Listings with a glazed over eyes

I really need some help with my next step, and I just don't know what to do. I have so much experience, but really I don't. Does that make sense? I would love to work at a larger company so I can learn more, but can't take a pay cut. I am just fucked.

I am going to guess it means she's been working a long time but doesn't really have any real competencies.
