Should I give just one example on the parent referral form?

The parent/guardian questionnaire, as many of you may know, asks questions about a child's curiosity, focus, etc., and asks, "Give an example for each." I'm going to give just one, because that's what the directions say--more is not better, right? (Not trying to imply I have hundreds of examples, but I could give two very good examples for one category.)

I would type it onto the online form so that you don't write more than they want to read.

One example should fill the space.

Thank you, I will stick to one.

Yes one. more doesn't mean better, it's just more. besides there's so little room to write.

We went through this last year and I only gave one example for each. My goal was to not need to attach an extra sheet of paper.
