Fairfax County AAP referral

I'm struggling with the questions on the parent referral and am wondering if anyone has any tips or buzzwords on what to include. While I've read here that it's purely a numbers game, they do ask the questions and I'd like to assist in the matter, rather than hinder the process.

My child is receiving Level III in 3rd grade, so this will be for 4th grade. He basically does well on everything with minimal effort. I don't exactly want to say it that way!

We were very honest on ours. For example, I did not rate her high on the humor questions because i think her sense of humor is age appropriate. We did use an example of when she showed whatever behavior we were describing. Anyway, she got in 1st round.

Just be truthful. You don't need buzzwords.

Use Buzz words and give child ALL 4s on the PQ.

Ask some of the AAP parents that you know parent referred or appealed. We will tell you what we did, and I would show you the appeal packet. GL
