My value is that I'm a dependable workhorse. Give me a project with a set goal, and you can be sure that I'll figure it out (with little assistance), pull together whatever resources I need (people, consultants, etc.), and get it done - on time, as asked, and within budget.
On one hand, as someone who has supervised others, I think this makes me a great employee. But on the other hand, I'm afraid that this doesn't sound very sexy, especially when I'm applying for a job that is very competitive. So how do I spin this into corporate speak - something that will impress a corporate recruiter? Do I spin it? |

Dependable, unflappable, autonomous, project-oriented, team-player, works with little supervision, goal-oriented.
Describe a few projects that are relevant to the position you are applying for, how many employees you supervised, the time frames met, budget met (or under), etc. |
