Dog vs Sodastream

My otherwise easygoing dog becomes completely unglued when I use the Sodastream to carbonate water. Wondering if it hurts his ears at a pitch that humans can't hear? Curious to know if anyone else has experienced this with the Sodastream and their dog?

I have 2 dogs and a Sodastream. My dogs don't even notice it when I use it.

+1 But, one of my dogs completely flips out when I run the vacuum. The other, I can get so close I could sweep up his tail if I don't pay attention. I think that in time, your dog will get used to the Sodastream.

OP, can you try turning on something else the will make a sound while you are doing the Sodastream? Maybe the other noise will lessen the impact of the Sodastream.

4 dogs and a soda stream, and OMG its a war EVERYTIME we use it...

I got a soda stream for Christmas and my cockapoo goes ballestic it drives me crazy!!!!! I wonder what it is about the sound.

My dog hates the vacuum too. Doesn't notice the Sodastream. I think his previous owners (read: frat boys) chased him with one when he was a puppy.

my dog is totally hyper, doesn't like vacuums and the like and has no reaction to the sodastream!
