Maybe technical sales then? You can go to levels.fyi and see what people are making. My husband is at 500k but he’s been working a lot longer. However, if he’d gotten to FAANG earlier he would probably be at 700k+. But he’s been trying to jump for over a year now. It’s not a good market. You’re right that you probably need to get into some kind of management. People saying start ups are wrong. Much more reliable chance at FAANG but would have been easier if you’d gotten in 2 years ago and managed not to get laid off!
