How often do you see your AC ( ACs in the late 30 to early 40) stage

I'm an AC in this range. We live 5 minutes from my parents and I see my mom 2-3 times per week solo and then DH and I have dinner with my parents once per week.

My ILs live on the other coast, and we see them 2-3 times per year. 2 trips where we go out there and stay at their vacation home with them and once where they come to us.

I have 2 adult children and we live in the same city. I usually see them, their spouses and my grandkids at least once or twice a week. It’s awesome seeing everyone so often. We also take at least one big family vacation a year.

Mid forties with 3 young kids. Parents are in seventies. Parents live 8 hour drive away. We go see them once a year, they come see us every few months. They never stay more than 10 days as they feel they will be a big burden. They are generally a big help to me but get exhausted fast and miss the routine of their home life.

In laws live abroad and we see them once every few years. Spouse handles that and they are wealthy but have difficulty with long flights as do our young kids.

I live 1000+ miles away from my divorced parents. I see them about once every 5 years when I visit. They don't visit me. My dad has no interest in my kids and doesn't even remember their names. He frequently visits my other siblings. My mom hates traveling. She's annoying and the kids and I hate visiting.

We are early 40's with kids (tween and teen) and see my local inlaws probably 2x a month. I would actually be fine seeing them more often but they stay pretty busy. I would also be willing to travel with them if wanted to plan/pay but they don't.

My mom lived 2 hours away (she's since passed away) and we saw her every 6 weeks or so, rotating who visited. We only see my dad maybe once per year now.
