No, that is the pool letter. It means they will be automatically (in the pool to be) screened for AAP.

You should submit the referral to provide parent supporting information. It’s optional but almost everyone submits it if they’re interested in AAP for their kid.

Did emails about not making the pool go out at the same time? I haven't gotten an email...assuming that means we are not in.

There are no emails if you are not in pool. So you will need to parent refer by December 15 if you would like your child to be considered.
