How do you install Internet block?

I need to install a child safety blocker on my ipad. I have heard people talk about this, but I thought I had more time before I would need it...well, I need it now. Is there one that you use and how do you install it? I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Just switch of the wifi when you're not using it? Or do you have bad stuff downloaded?
