Low Antral Follicle count with good response

I find it interesting that I only had 7 antrol follicles and produced 21 eggs with my IVF. Has this ever happened to anyone? BTW- I'm 40 years old.

My understanding of this information is that you had 28 follicles that responded to the medications - of which 21 matured.

no, when i went in on day 3 f my baseline, i had a 7 antral follile count, which is low. after stims and the day of my ER they collected 21 eggs. 18 were mature and 17 fertilized. Normally a low antral count indicates low ovarian reseve, which wasn't my case.
