Insanity and p90x

Anyone done both? How do they compare? I'm finishing insanity and thinking about doing p90x next.

I have done P90x. Most of the people I work with do Insanity as the follow up to P90x. I really like P90x and highly recommend it. I think Insanity is harder.

I love Insanity. I do various workouts from it 3-4 times per week. I found doing it 6 days a week too wearing on me (how many times can I hear Sean T yell "come on y'all" without wanting to throttle him?), but 3-4 times interspersed with good gym workouts has been perfect, and this way I don't get bored. I haven't tried P90x but my DH has been saying he is going to get it so I might get to try it.

Insanity's an awesome workout, I only ordered it less than a year ago and I'm down 30 lbs it feels awesome. Has anyone tried the Insanity Asylum Volume 2 ?? I heard it's a sick program, even more intense than the insanity. I'm pretty pumped to move onto that in a few weeks, did anyone else look into it?

Try Supreme 90 Day instead of P90X. Very similar workout for a fraction of the cost. Plus, the workouts are shorter (45-50 minutes vs. over an hour) and it uses minimal equipment (just dumbbells and a stability ball). If you buy it, get it from Amazon, not from the S90 website. I really enjoyed S90.

Which one is one step down from PX90?
