Recommendations Wanted: Property Rental near Disney (in Kissimmee)

Does anyone have a property near Disney they would recommend? Looking for a 3-4 bedroom single home, townhome, or condo. Would like access to a pool. Near Highway 192 or possibly Sherberth Road for easy access to the parks, restaurants, etc. Would need pack and play or crib.

Have heard good things about Windsor Hills and other similar developments. So many out there it is hard to choose!

We are going in January and staying at Windsor Hills. I have only heard wonderful things about it and it looks amazing.

I second Windsor Hills. There are some units that have a terrace splash pool - - great for little kids during the day, or mom and dad at night. It's your little pool on the veranda. I think these are the townhouse models that have them. It's not much more than the 3 bdrm condos.

Not sure what you are looking for, but have you checked out VRBO.com. Lots of people rent out their timeshares in the area.

Ginn Reunion is very convenient to Disney and is great for kids. Onsite water park.

I would like to second Ginn Reunion Resort -- great rates, beautiful condo units (we stayed in a 3 bedroom that felt brand new), and waterpark/pool complex is great.
