Ok, I like the name Kingston. It is kinda cool. I do not like the name Zuma. Do you?
Musicians Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale are parents again! Son Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale was delivered by c-section at 12:46 p.m. PST today, Thursday, August 21st, at Cedars Sinai, Gwen's rep confirms. He weighed in at 8.5 lbs, and the middle name of Nesta is in reference to Bob Marley. |

totally agree. I like Kingston, not really Zuma. It'll probably grow on me though.
I hate the name Rumer though, but like the name Scout and Talullah, esp. after Talullah Bankhead. |

| I had to read twice to see that it was actually a BOY! Although unusual, I think Zuma would grow on me if it was a girl's name. I think the Nesta and Rock parts are much worse! |

Disagree. Zuma is ok if the famous musician, as an adult, wants to change his own name to Zuma; but to make an innocent child suffer with such a ridiculous moniker? They pick these unusual "names" because they want attention and to further distance themselves further from the rest of us mortals. Total narcissism. Why can't they pick normal names that are, in fact, names -- not animals, fruits, occupations or days of the week? how is a name like Zuma not going to lead to some major teasing at the playground?? He has no chance of being normal. |

I can't get over the name. I think it might be the worst yet...or second to Apple. Also, am I an idiot? Is there some origin for the name Zuma I should know of? A god? A dead famous person? Anything?
I LOVE Kingston (place and name), so this was kind of a letdown. |

Somehow I think Zuma will fit in nicely with his peers-other children of celebrity parents with equally unusual names. I would venture to say that a typical name would make you unusual in that group. |

| I am betting to guess it's a typo. The way I see it the child was concieved Gwen her her man downed a case of Zima. The "U" and the "I" are next to each other, after all....... |
