| We are planning to get a (male) puppy soon. It will grow to be about 50 lbs, we believe. Anyone have any suggestions for dog names - ones you've used, ones you've heard, or ones you imagine would sound good? Thanks! |

First decide one syllable or two.
We have considered (and used one on this list previously): Zack Jake Luke Bear Buck Judge Zeke Beau My DH insists on one syllable names. Lots of good two syllable names out there. I've always wanted to name a dog Brennan after Justice Brennan. |

I prefer two syllable, four letter names-
Milo Kela The main rule for our family is to not use a human name. |

My husband's dog's name growing up was Garth. He was an Irish Setter.
My daughter (7) is suggesting Wolf, Frisco, or Pepper for you.
