Best amusement park for 17 month old?

We're looking at Dutch Wonderland, Hershey Park, and Sesame Place. Are all of these appropriate for our 17 month old? Which one will likely be the most fun?

I can't assess Sesame Place, but out of DW or hershey, I'd go DW in a heartbeat. It's a much smaller park, and therefore easily manageable with a kid who either wants to walk or ride. Generally it's less crowded, and there are enough rides that a 17 month old can do that they will have a good time. There are plenty of rides at hershey, but they're spread out across the whole park, and that can be kind of annoying to navigate, especially when there are lots of teens who aren't paying attention to little ones.

Also, if you can time it right, DW can be pretty uncrowded.

For 17mo definetely Sesame place..
I think HP is for older kids.

Hershey is the only one that isn't that appropriate for a 17 mo old.
