I sit a lot at work. I try to get up and walk stairs every once and while but sometimes I realize that I've been sitting for over 2 hours straight. I'm not sure if it's mentioned in this article but starting yesterday, after I got home, I sat on my exercise ball instead of chair while working on my computer and when eating dinner. I probably sat on it for about 2 hours. Today, my sides and abs are a bit sore. I'm so thrilled by this! I'm going to take my exercise ball to work and sit on it from now on. Who would have know that you could get strong abs by sitting at work! |
