math quiz resources for 1st/2nd graders?

my K child has daily quiz this month due to 'Math month', and my 1st grader wants some of that fun too. but all i could come up with (and am comfortable with) are additions and subtractions and very easy multiplications. what's a good resource to get some 'story problems'? tks!

Can't you make some up? Use examples from your life? Like if we drive to Grandma's and start with $100 and stop and spend $22 at MacDonald's and then later stop and buy gas and spend $250 -- OOPS, don't stop for gas -- make the second stop for a snack where you spend $11, how much of the $100 is left when we get to Grandma's? It's simply subtraction in a story.
