Carrying car seat around airport? Last minute advice needed

I've waited til literally the last minute to figure this out, but what's the easiest way to carry the car seat around the airport? We'll each have 1 kid to tote (1 in stroller, 1 in Ergo) and each have a carry on (1 backpack, 1 hand-carry bag). Should the person without the stroller just hand carry the car seat for the toddler? We can't do the backpack option, I don't think, since we already have 1 backpack and 1 Ergo baby. Or is there a strap that could help us in throwing the car seat over our shoulder? How do people deal with these logistics?

We have a Cosco Scenera which makes it easier (since it's lighter), but I use the seat straps to attach it around the handle of a carry on wheeled bag so it's slung on the outside and I can pull both (sorry if that's a poor description - no coffee yet.). I've also loaded seat and bags on carseat (citi mini) and had kid walk. Or done baby in Ergo on front, backpack on back and some combo of the others. With 2 adults you'll be fine.
