Lowell camp is great. My DD has attended for 3 years in a row.

St. Patrick's in Georgetown has swimming as a big part of their summer programs.

We'll add the YMCA in Bethesda Chevy Chase to the ones that others have mentioned. The Wilson Aquatic
Center might also have programs this summer.

Headfirst at St. Alban's has a great swim program. My 5 yo DS loved it last summer.
