38k walking in Madrid. I was trying for 40k, but my feet hurt from the week of walking 30-35k per day.
In my Fitbit challenge group my uncle regularly walks more the 30k if he golfs that day, plus his 2 hour walks with his dog. Plus he's crazy competitive. |

OTOH, I always achieve 13k to 15k every shift I work as a nurse in a hospital. That’s pretty good for not technically “exercising” |
