Car mainetnance records - do you keep them?

I do. But in spreadsheet form:

Date:
Issue:
Cost:
Service Provider:

I usually sell my cars before the warranty expires and this information is appreciated buy the new buyer. It also instills buyer confidence in that I have done a decent job maintain my car(s).

Most cars don't need any maintenance if you are only keeping them around for 2-3 years. So of course you don't have records. If we could all afford to replace cars like toilet paper, no one would ever fix a car, they'd just get a new one.
