NP. I hate the elliptical and only do it when my body can't take anything else. I find it so dull. Although it is easy to do sprints/HIIT on it, so that's one good thing. |

That might be another option. When I went to the gym, I used to use the bike, the elliptical, and the rower. One piece of equipment that I definitely would not use is a treadmill. I am not a runner. And, I find running hard on the joints. No matter what I choose, I will be watching what I eat. Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I am now figuring out which of these pieces of equipment would be used by the most people in my family. My husband would use the Peloton/exercise bike the most. And, I probably would use it too. I just don’t like the high cost of it and the monthly fee! ?
