Good downtown DC restaurants to meet a client?

My hands down favorite is still the Capital Grille for a business lunch. I also like Ceiba and Hay Adams. The Loews Madison on 15th Street isn't bad. I miss the old restaurant at the Mayflower. I hate Edgar.

I've eaten there several times and have always had good experiences.
