Revealing (to me slutty) clothes on teenage girl. How to stop them?

I wouldn't fight it. She'll grow out of it....and it only takes one or two accidental boob flashes before she figures it out.

My advice. Work together to develop a "no go zone" baseline and then leave the rest up to her.

Does she have any friends whose style you admire? Or perhaps a slightly older, cool family friend or relative who can take her under her wing?

I know one friend who had the following agreement. Daughter got to choose what she wore to school and mother would not complain (not even if it was cold and daughter wasn't wearing a coat) as long as the rest of the time, mother chose clothing and daughter would not complain. It worked out wonderfully. Daughter looked respectable whenever they went out as a family, to church, even to the store, but daughter got free reign when she was going to school so that she could fit in with her crowd. And by the time the daughter got to high school, she was already self-choosing clothing much more acceptable to the mother.
