I know plenty of funny men and women. But I’m also not a serious person, and I laugh easily. I know lots of people who aren’t funny too of course and a lot of people who never seem to laugh at anything (not just that they don’t find my sense of humor funny, just not people who are easily amused.)

Some are friends others are co-workers, and then, of course, there's some awesome stand-up comedians. Anyway, if you find it difficult to laugh then you just don't share the same sense of humor as humor is subjective.

This is it. My friends are I are effing hysterical. We can make each other laugh until we pee. I can do the same thing at parties and with my husband. And i love being made to laugh, huge belly laughs that leave you sore are the best.

I will however, not put that effort into someone that is an apparent stick in the mud. And holy smoly there are a lot here in DCUM.

Me too. My dad was funny, I'm funny and I have one adult son who is hilarious. We are all slightly inappropriate with a dark sense of humor. My dad's entire family was funny.
