That feels like chance. Neither of those homes had turned over in several decades. |

I think it's lovely. They kept some of the historical charm but it's a revamped home. 6 bedrooms is also a lot for the area. |
What do you mean "a lot"? CC/BW is full of families, and WFH parents. 1 bdrm for parents. 1 bdrm each for 2-3 kids. 1 bdrm for a home office. 1 bdrm for guests. There's your 6 bedrooms, in full use. |
| The point is that most houses in BW do not have 6 bedrooms. Most houses in this neighborhood originally had 3, maybe 4. |
According to redfin, only seven sales in Barnaby Woods over the past three years featured 6+ bedrooms. So yeah, that's "a lot" for the neighborhood. |
Agree! It is one of the reasons we looked in other areas because the homes are typically smaller and don’t have more than 4 - 5 bedrooms. |
4 up, 2 in the basement. |
| FWIW, this house is on a lovely block with friendly folks. (Not the seller, agent, or a direct neighbor. Just a Barnaby Woods dweller.) |

I noticed on the listing that the school system seems to be fantastic, so that's a major plus, right? High school 10/10 Middle 10/10 Elementary 9/10 That would be a big factor in my decision when spending that kind of money. |
Disagree! I’m also a BW dweller and know one of the neighbors on that street is a problem. |
Subjective? Possible that neighbor thinks you are a problem. Anyway, there is no perfect neighborhood. |
| The house is under contract. |
| I love it. It’s so charming! |
