Any recommendations for a substitute? Looking for something free and secure.

It looks to me like Credit Karma is free. https://www.creditkarma.com/signup
. But it doesn’t track transactions.

I’m a fan of mint though it has its problems. The press release says credit karma will track spending and transactions so it sounds like this functionality isn’t going away.

Hopeful. But doesn’t credit karma require SSN. Dealbreaker if so.

Any other suggestions?

I use mint, YNAB, and personal capital. Personal capital is the closest replacement for mint. YNAB is great for budgeting but you have to get used to zero-based budgets.

Just FYI CK is a brand of intuit so if you use them for your taxes they already have your SSN.

I have 15 years worth of data in Mint. This sucks.

I’ve been using Mint since my first post-college job! I’m going to lose almost 20 years of records. I wish they had offered the option to pay for the service because I would, happily. I just can’t do YNAB. After Mint, the idea of having to hand-code every credit card transaction is a non-starter for me. This is very sad.
