Current design capacity is 750. Plan is to expand to 1008. Enrollment in fall 2022 was 567. They’re also appears to be next to no new development on the horizon in that area.

But it’s in the queue, so they must renovate and expand. It’s just another reflection of how FCPS is too large to manage effectively. They seem to have no capacity to adjust based on anything that’s happened within the last decade.

It's the opposite. Current design capacity is 1008, after renovation it will be reduced to 750. Which I don't understand.

They are just playing with numbers. They are still adding over 10,000 additional SF to a school that was built in the late 1980s and is comparatively good condition.
