Topsail Island or Emerald Isle, NC

| We're thinking about going to Topsail Island for a few days....Our kids are ages 6, 4, and 1. Can anyone describe what they are like? Would you pick one location over the other for situation? I heard that north Topsail and south Topsail are different and that I want to make sure that I pick one over the other - can't remember which one. Thanks! |

Ooh, bump. Wondering the same about a Sept vacation. I'd throw in Ocean Isle; I hear it's family friendly.
