The Deva products are the classics but they're super expensive. I just saw that L'oreal came out with a sulfate-free shampoo.

What I do is... cheat. I don't shampoo at all except for about once every two weeks, and then I do use a regular shampoo with sulfates but only the tiniest bit - not even enough to really suds up, just enough to loosen the oils on the scalp.
