Toyota Venza or Nissan Murano?

DH is getting a car through work and these seem to be the best options. We live in the midwest so winter weather is a factor we think about. Any experience with either of these cars that would suggest he try to get one over the other? Thanks in advance!

Will work pay for winter tires? That’s the biggest thing to worry about for winter driving.
