Does anyone use the Anastasia Brow Studio at Tyson's Nordstrom?

Is it in a private space or out on the cosmetic floor? Did you like the results? Did you tip?

But if you go, can you please report back? I get my brows threaded, and occasionally I get them tinted, at Brow & Body Spa in Tysons Mall. They have always been threaded pretty well, and all of the tints have been good except for one -- which was awful (I have blonde hair and they tinted them too dark, despite having assured me that they wouldn't). I'm open to Anastasia if it's good, but their pricing does seem quite high.

As far as tipping goes, yes, I always tip for eyebrows -- usually $5. But Brow & Body's prices are lower than Anastasia's -- I'd try to tip at least 20% there.

We went in 2019 and the woman was rude and crabby. She got mad at my teen daughter for a scheduling error on their end and then huffed and sighed through the appointment with a couple rude comments about her brows. Truly the opposite of what I expect from an Nordstrom employee. Her work was fine but she was a &itch. Not worth it at all.

Oh, it was on the floor. I would have tipped her if she had been professional, pleasant, and kind. But no, I did not tip her. I should have actually asked for a refund.

Used it once but never returned because of the hard sell of their product. Service was fine but don't want to be harassed.

I get them done there. Have been going for years. I love the way they shape them in the Anastasia method. Yes, its in the beauty department, but tucked over in a quiet corner. She does a great job. From the comments on this board I guess she rubs some of you the wrong way. But seriously, its a brow appointment. You dont need to be best friends. She is nice, professional and does a good job for me.

Maybe more than one woman works there because the woman I saw was definitely not nice. She was outright rude.

I went there years ago when I lived nearby. Was always happy with the shaping they did, didn’t love being on the regular cosmetic floor but yes it is a little tucked away.
