I’m kind of surprised that this hasn’t hit the national news, but Panera’s systems including their app has been down for the last couple of days and are still down. They haven’t stated the cause, but the length of the downtime suggests to me some sort of ransomware issue. If it was a system update problem they could have rolled back to an earlier version of things.

Their customer support phone system also is down. Gotta say, though, I visited my local Panera today and it was smooth sailing. I'm used to ordering on the app, so did have to wait in line, but other than that, everything went great. |
Good to hear! I usually do the app but it’s been down so I’m skipping it until it’s all fixed. It just seems like a really long time to be down. |

While traveling this weekend for a soccer tournament, we stopped at Panera. The line was so long that I thought I’d order on my phone but the app was down. And service was slower than usual. This explains it. I will say that I’m impressed with the employees who kept things running. |
My go to! |
PPs, there's a lot of toxic mercury in tuna. It accumulates in your body and the heavy metal has been linked to cancer. I hope you're not eating it regularly. |

Yeah, I'm shocked it's not a national story. It's been down a really long time. Wonder what's going on? |
