D.C.: Online source for lot dimensions?

Anonymous
I'm looking for an online source that would provide dimensions of home lots in D.C. Searching I see the D.C. government has a variety of GIS tools but not exactly what I'm looking for. Kindly provide any suggestions. Thank you.

Exact dimensions are tough without a survey, which you probably can't find online. You can get exact square footage of the lot from the DC property tax website.

mytax.dc.gov

Choose "Search Real Property by Address or SSL" on the right just a bit down the page.

Once you select the property, click on the "Assessment" tab and it will list the Land Area in square feet.

https://dcraonline-rms.dcra.dc.gov/SurDocsPublic/

You can click on property and a box will come up that will give you a link to survey documents.

Should have mentioned that the GIS search option is probably easiest if you don't already have lot and square info
