Best swim app to get

What is the best app to get to track a swimmer’s progress? I have the free version of MeetMobile and before I pay for subscription, does it track your swimmer’s times over different meets?

Is there a better app out there? I don’t mind entering her time myself I guess. I could do that over a spreadsheet but just wondering if there are free or cheap apps out there that would be more appropriate.

The SwimmingRank app is great for that. You do have to pay for it though.

Our league using swimmingly so that tracks the swimmer's times at meets.

Meet Mobile doesn’t “track” results, it’s all meet by meet. I pay for this annually and depend on it at any meet.

I didn’t know Swimming Rank has an app, but have used their website, good data there.

Swim Cloud is just a website, and may not have pre high school data, but it’s the #1 recruiting tool.

Swimmetry is my go-to, very helpful with cuts and progress. I think it’s a one time fee, and not expensive.

Swimstandards.com is a free site to use that does great tracking. It has graphs per event and also lets you see rankings in your club, in your LSC, in your zone and in the USA. If your kids do MCSL it’s also one of the two sites I know of (the other is reachforthewall) that tracks those results as well. It can even match your swimmer to both their MCSL and summer times.

Meet mobile does not track like swim standards, swimming rank or Swimmetry. It allows you to access results of all meets that were uploaded to meet mobile, and you can save your swimmer for easy reference. I use swimcloud or swim standards if I want to check. If you don’t have a club swimmer, I wouldn’t bother paying for an app. Club swimmers can keep track of cuts for meets with the paid apps, but again, there’s no need to pay when all the info is free. Also, age group swimmers progress in erratic and occurs random fits and starts, so keep that in mind.

It has a swimmers page with summary data, best times, entire meet histories, meet details with all finishes, ranking in all event swum in team, lsc, state, zone, USA all one on page with each rank a link to detailed list of swimmers, age up, look ahead, auto relays calculations with the ability to exclude swimmers and uses 50 splits from 100s for 13 and olders, IMX/IMR with certificate creation, favorites, the best compare feature out there. They also have hundreds of meet event files that users can use to create race day reports. It also tracks team and LSC records and tracks progression towards them.

It also just added AGS Qualifiers page, so you can see the events swimmers qualify in and what they rank now or in the future, closer to the date of the AGS meets.
