We will be staying at Liden Inn and would love recommendations on things to do and not do while in Richmond for 2 days.

Thanks much

Why do you need to know what to do or not to do? Not being snarky but your questuon is pretty broad. I think you don't need to crowd source your likes and dislikes?

Thanks, point well taken.

I am looking for infant friendly restaurants for lunch, coffee shops and places to enjoy family time.

NP here, but I think it's fair for someone with an infant to ask a broad question like this. Her likes and dislikes are probably less important than logistics.

Perly's is right around the corner - great for breakfast/lunch.

Wong Gonzelez is a fun fusion restaurant a couple of blocks away for lunch. Another Asian fusion restaurant I really like is Lucky AF in Scott's Addition. Fine for an infant for lunch, especially on the patio.

Also, April should be great walking around weather for things like Maymont and the Canal Walk.

The Richmond Children's Museum is nice. May be too advanced for an 11 month old but they may enjoy just looking around. Lots of fun colors and activity.

As someone who grew up in Richmond, I’ve never understood why people go there on vacation.
