| Is this something medical. My feet used to be soft. Im 45 |
| Dry, cracked heels? Yes, it happens. Use amopee or pedi-egg the Kerasol at night with a sock. All better in the morning. |
| Gold Bond makes foot lotion that actually works. Not regular lotion. That doesn’t work. You can get it at CVS and it’s great. |

Thanks for the most disgusting post title of the week. Would have liked a trigger warning before breakfast.
Dry heels can be thyroid, diabetes or just general dry skin that hasn't been taken care or. |

It’s happened to me and isn’t medical. I’ve been able to deal with it myself. Several times a week I soak them and use a pumice stone. Then I put a thick foot cream. Then I put the cream again. Then I put a Cerave “healing ointment” which is kind of like petroleum jelly on the heels. Then I put socks on for a few hours. Every night I do the foot cream.
This has worked. They aren’t smooth as a baby’s bottom, but they don’t look dry and cracked. |
| also, go get a pedicure! and tip well. |
| Could be fungal if it’s flaky. I think that’s the problem with one of my heels, as it requires ten times the maintenance to look ok compared to the other foot. |

| O'Keeffe's for Healthy Feet Night Treatment is another good one. |
| The Body Shop peppermint foot cream |
| The pedi-egg is amazing. Use that after a shower and then put a thick layer of cream on with socks. Your feet will be baby soft. |
| google baby feet |
Takes way too long and is gross. Use amopee before you hop in the shower and then the Gold Bond lotion when you get out. Take more fish oil. |
