Columbia TCD Program

Any DMV kids apply? DS applied and its definitely his top choice program. He's been wanting to do it for 3 years. He will find out if he was selected to move onto the interview stage tomorrow.

Isn't that through Columbia GS?

Your son is not alone. DD (local private) applied to the program with Sciences Po, and it is her first choice. There are high hopes and nerves about tomorrow...

Do they release acceptances tomorrow?

Our understanding is that if you do not get an interview notification tomorrow you are out of the running for a spot.

Any news? DS unfortunately rejected. He is devastated. No interview.

Same here. I am biased because I am the parent, but I am shocked. DD is an outstanding student with authentic and genuinely impressive extracurriculars that fit her desired field of study. I honestly don’t know what more a good, hardworking, enthusiastic and earnest kid needs to do… Makes me sad, but life is full of adversity.

Why do you think this program should be easy to get in?
