15 yo made online purchase.
The items did not fit so bought next size up (also purchased online) Dc went to Uniqlo store to return the first purchase. Was told store credit only. Despite having proof of purchase. Anyone experience this? Could it have been misinformed staff? |

You are lucky to get store credit. Usually they said online purchases can’t be returned to the store. |

Not OP. Yes, this is clear, and it's also bullshit. Their offerings are not so special that I am willing to put up with this degree of headache. I'll buy floppy fast fashion elsewhere. Bye, Uniqlo! |
