HS ASD level 1 podcast/youtube channel recommendations

Does anyone have any good podcasts, YouTube channels, or other media that my DD might benefit from? She has ADHD and ASD level 1 and is in a mainstream unsupported public school environment.

I’ve love to find something that both affirms her experience and offers advice on how to thrive in a NT oriented world.
