| What's the price range to expect for hardwood floors in a single room, about 250 square feet? (Would be installed over concrete slab-on-grade, if that matters.) If you're able to share labor/installation costs and materials costs separately, that would be amazing. (We'd plan to pick materials that are on the more affordable side but without getting into "too cheap"/"penny wise pound foolish" territory, if that helps.) |

We paid about $2300 earlier this year for a similarity-sized room (including molding and 2 interior steps leading to the room).
They didn’t break down labor vs materials for us. LVP would have cost us $1400. |
